When on vacation, FUN is something that everyone wants to have!  Fortunately, the Whitehall & Montague area offers a variety of opportunities for fun for our lakeside hotel guests. It doesn’t matter if you’re here on business, with your significant other or with your family. There’s something for everyone!

If you’re an adventure seeker, the outdoors of West Michigan is an exciting place to explore. Go kayaking on the White River, schedule a charter fishing excursion or hit the sand dunes on a guided tour!

While staying at the Weathervane Inn, many couples delight in taking in a play or musical at the local Howmet Playhouse or the Frauenthal in Muskegon. There are free music concerts just down the road at the White Lake Community Music Shell too. Families also have lots to do around White Lake. Michigan’s AdventureLewis Farm Market & Petting Farm and the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex cater perfectly to children and the whole family.

The Muskegon Winter Complex offers fun-filled winter sports for individuals, families and groups. Choose from snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, hockey, sledding and even luging on a track that was designed by an Olympian! There are over 1.5 acres of ice and over 15k of ski trails! From June through August every Tuesday evening at 7:30, the White Lake Community Music Shell offers amazing concerts on the stunning shores of White Lake.
